Sundays and closes at 5 : 30 P.M. on <br /> 32 Saturdays; <br /> 33 said he perceived those hours would be completely <br /> 34 unacceptable to the applicants ; <br /> 35 pointed out that the City' s lease on the Apache <br /> 36 Wells is on a month-to-month basis so it would be <br /> 37 unwise to plan around them. <br /> 38 Heilicher said their arcades are all located in the interior <br /> 39 of -those malls •and there are no exits available for • <br /> 40 =them to use once. the mall is closed; <br /> 18 <br />
