J <br /> 1 <br /> 1. <br /> RESOLUTION 87-042 �I <br /> I <br /> A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING <br /> HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT ; <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to motion of the Council passed July 22 , 1986 , <br /> a report has been prepared by Rieke Carroll Muller Associates , <br /> Inc . (RCM) with reference to the improvement of St. Anthony <br /> Boulevard between the Burlington Northern Bridge and the southern <br /> City limits line to reconstruct the existing roadway with a new <br /> bituminous roadway ' with new curb and gutter and replacing' <br /> existing catch basins and leads, and this report was received by <br /> the Council on January 27 , 1987 . <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ST. ANTHONY, <br /> MINNESOTA: <br /> .l . The Council will consider the improvement of such street in <br /> accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting <br /> property for all or a portion of the cost of the improve- <br /> ment pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an esti- <br /> mated total cost of the improvement of $440 , 000 . 00 . <br /> 2 .
