We have included removal and replacement of trees in our construction <br /> estimate. <br /> If the trees are to be removed and replaced, it will be necessary to obtain permission <br /> from the Minneapolis Park Board. <br /> Drainage improvements will consist of replacing catch basins and storm sewer pipes <br /> within the construction limits of the project. The storm sewers that carry the drainage <br /> through the cemetery will not be included in the project. Therefore, the overall capacity <br /> of the drainage system will remain the same. Any ponding in the street that had existed <br /> in the past will continue to happen. We understand that -ponding has not been a <br /> significant problem in the past. <br /> Perforated pipe subdrainage will be provided in the low areas to allow water that enters <br /> the gravel base and subbase to dsain into the storm sewer system. <br /> The existing curb and gutter at each end of the project is B624 design.
