Humphrey Metrodome <br /> METRADOME� 900 South 5th Street • Minneapolis, MN 55415 <br /> Phone 612/332-0386 <br /> The Metropolitan Sports Facilities Commission took the following actions <br /> in January: <br /> Election of Officers - Elected Commissioner Carrolyn Anderson, Vice Chair; <br /> Commissioner Earl Craig, Jr. , Secretary; and Commissioner Loanne Thrane, <br /> Treasurer. <br /> LRT Resolution - Adopted resolution endorsing. the concept of light rail <br /> transit stating Commission' s desire for a station adjacent to the Metrodome. <br /> Scoreboard Proposal - The Commission voted not to extend the advertising <br /> contract with RJ Reynolds Tobacco Company for advertising in the Metrodome.- <br /> The MSFC discussed the following items: Annual Chairman's report, including <br /> a review of 1987 and objectives for 1988; Consultant Review Committee report; <br /> Commissioners' participation in MSFC/Metropolitan Council health insurance <br /> plan. <br /> The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Metropolitan Sports Facilities <br /> Commission is Wednesday, February 17th at 10:30 a.m. The meeting is held y <br /> in the Commission conference room. <br />
