GOFF is president of Goff-Wilkie & Associates (formerly Goff-Priesnitz), <br /> the governmental relations firm he founded in 1978. <br /> Having served for several years as secretary to a Minnesota governor, as director of a state <br /> agency and as a political consultant and lobbyist, Goff combines solid background in <br /> governmental process and procedure with twenty years in advertising, public and <br /> governmental relations work. <br /> This combination provides Goff with the expertise necessary to assess the needs and <br /> problems of his clients and the experience needed to create effective programs and. <br /> legislative strategies that accomplish client goals. <br /> HELEN WILKIE, senior vice president of Goff-Wilkie has been with the firm 34/2 years. <br /> During the legislative session, Wilkie works daily at the State Capitol representing our <br /> clients interests before legislators and state agencies. In addition, she coordinates and <br /> directs the efforts of other Goff-Wilkie staff and handles communication with clients. <br /> When the legislature is not in session,Wilkie supervises campaign advertising for Coleman <br /> & Christison's congressional accounts and serves as account executive on marketing for <br /> our legal clients. <br /> Prior to joining the firm, from 1979 - 1984, Wilkie was administrative assistant to Senator <br /> Clarence Purfeerst, Chairman of the State Senate Transportation Committee. <br /> In addition to handling constituent services, Wilkie.directed research and served as contact <br /> for Senators of both political parties on transportation policies and issues.
