The firefighters have settled a two year union contract for <br /> 3-1/2% and 3-1/2% wage increases. Mr. Childs feels the police • <br /> contract will probably go to arbitration. <br /> 5. The curbs and driveways are in place on St. Anthony Boulevard <br /> and the blacktopping will be done on Thursday. It appears driving <br /> on the Boulevard could be resumed within a week or so. <br /> At this point the staff reviewed the goals established at the retreat <br /> in February.
