RESOLUTION 88-001 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN AND EXECUTIVE <br /> DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE THE SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT TO <br /> COOPERATION AGREEMENT FOR THE COUNTY COMMUNITY <br /> DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM -BETWEEN THE <br /> ST. ANTHONY HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br /> AND RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey County qualified as an urban county eligible to <br /> receive community development block grant funds; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County's population, among other factors, is a <br /> determinant of its eligibility; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County and City of St. Anthony have entered into a <br /> Joint Cooperation Agreement for the Ramsey County Development <br /> Block Grant Program (to which this Supplemental Agreement is <br /> attached) ; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the St. Anthony Housing and <br /> Redevelopment Authority, as sub-recipient, to be counted together <br /> • with the City of St. Anthony and other municipalities* of Ramsey <br /> County. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Chairman and Executive <br /> Director are hereby authorized to execute the Supplemental <br /> Agreement to Cooperation Agreement for the County Community <br /> Development Block Grant Program with Ramsey County on behalf of <br /> the St. Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1988. <br /> Mayor <br /> Secretary/Treasurer <br /> Executive Director <br /> • <br />
