SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT TO COOPERATION AGREEMENT FOR THE <br /> • COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM <br /> THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, <br /> hereinafter referred to as the "County," and the City of <br /> St. Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority, hereinafter <br /> referred to as the "local BRA." <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, The County and City of St. Anthony , hereinafter <br /> "City," have entered into a Joint Cooperation Agreement for the Ramsey County <br /> Development Block Grant Program (to which this Supplemental Agreement is <br /> attached); and <br /> WHEREAS, The local BRA is a duly organized municipal housing and <br /> redevelopment authority pursuant to Minn. Stat. 462.411, et seq. ; and <br /> • WHEREAS, The County and the local BRA wish to clarify their relationship in <br /> light of the aforementioned Joint Cooperation Agreement between the City and <br /> County. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements <br /> contained herein, the parties hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1. The local BRA acknovledges and agrees to be bound by all terms and <br /> conditions of the aforementioned Joint. Cooperation Agreement between the County <br /> and the City insofar as it relates to the duties, responsibilities and <br /> obligations of the local BRA under Minn. Stat. 462.411, -et seq. <br /> 2. The County agrees to* cooperate vith the local BRA and coordinated <br /> expenditure of any Community Development Block Grant funds vhich are expended <br /> vithin the City to the extent necessary to accomplish specified project <br /> objectives. <br /> • <br /> 1 <br />
