The local HRA agrees to allov expenditure of Community Development Block • <br /> Grant Funds received by the County pursuant to the aforementioned Joint <br /> Cooperation Agreement and this Supplemental Agreement vithin the City and agrees <br /> to cooperate vith, the County to the extent necessary to accomplish specified <br /> project objectives. <br /> 4.
