• S. -Develop and implement a series of specific public <br /> relations campaign projects centered on changing the image <br /> and identity of the member communities that comprise the <br /> Northern Mayors Association. specific projects to include: <br /> a. Establish a baseline of information regarding the <br /> major publics that the Northern Mayors Association <br /> communities serve. <br /> b. Develop a visual identity for the communities that <br /> comprise the Northern Mayors Association. <br /> c. Circulate a newsletter to targeted publics within <br /> the Northern -Mayors area to inform these various publics of <br /> what is going on in the communities. <br /> d. Institute a newscassette communication vehicle that <br /> will be circulated to some 500 thought leaders and decision <br /> makers in the Northern Mayors Association area. <br /> e. Prepare video presentations that can be circulate to <br /> the many and varied community service groups to tell the <br /> story of the Northern Mayors Association area. <br /> • f. Institute a Pro North Notes newspaper version of the <br /> above described information that can be shared with the <br /> numerous public newspapers in the area. <br /> g. Develop a system whereby the Northern Mayors <br /> .Association community information can be presented on cable <br /> television. <br /> h. Prepare economic development profile maps of <br /> specific subjects for the entire Northern Mayors Association <br /> area. <br /> i. Improve the overall image of the Northern Mayors <br /> Association area through a join effort to build community <br /> wide support for the various Olympic and soccer activities <br /> that are scheduled to occur in the next three to five years. <br /> • <br />
