SECTION 8 <br /> SERVICE/OFFICE LIMITED BUSINESS DISTRICT "B" <br /> Subdivision 1. Purpose <br /> • The purpose of the "B" Service/Office Limited Business District is <br /> to provide for the location of service, office and administrative type <br /> usages which have limited retail sales, exterior displays, or contact with <br /> the public. <br /> Subdivision 2. Permitted Uses <br /> Within any "B" Service/Office Limited Business District, no building <br /> or land shall be used except for one or more of the following uses: <br /> 1. Office or studio of the following professional and service occupa- <br /> tions and agencies: <br /> a. Accountant <br /> b. Architect <br /> c. Artist <br /> d. Attorney <br /> e. Bonding Company <br /> f. Broker <br /> g. Consultant <br /> h. Educational and scientific research offices excluding labora- <br /> tory facilities <br /> i. Insurance agency offices <br /> J . Physicians, dentists and health care professionals including <br /> optometrists, chiropractors, chiropodists and osteopaths <br /> k. Realtors offices <br /> 2. Offices for administrative, executive, professional, research <br /> • or organizations which are similar to the uses permitted in Subdivision <br /> 2, No. 1 as determined by the Council. <br /> Subdivision 3. Permitted Conditional Uses <br /> Within any "B" Service/Office Limited Business District, the following <br /> uses shall be permitted only by Conditional Use Permit: <br /> 1. Art galleries <br /> 2. Barber and beauty shops <br /> 3. Child care centers <br /> 4. Employment agency offices <br /> 5. Finance agency offices <br /> 6. Funeral homes and mortuaries <br /> 7. Government offices <br /> 8. Museums <br /> 9. Music schools, dance schools <br /> 10. Photographic studios <br /> 11. Radio studios but not towers <br /> 12. Travel agencies <br /> 13. Veterinary clinics <br /> Subdivision 4.
