The conditional use permit issued to Michael Bonaventura <br /> allows him 34 licenses, which he currently has at the Malt Shop/Arca- <br /> de. <br /> From time to time, some license holders do not renew their licenses and <br /> there are presently several available. Mr. Bonaventura requests that <br /> the number of licenses allowed at his location be increased to 45. <br /> It should be noted that he is the only arcade operator in St. Anthony <br /> with a conditional use permit which limits his. licenses. Since his <br /> increases would be counterbalanced by decreases at other locations, <br /> there appears to be no major objection to this requested change. <br /> No calls were received either for or against this request and the <br /> Planning Commission has unanimously recommended its approval. <br /> :cjk9. 27 . 88 <br />
