DEFINITIONS <br /> The following terms used in this document have the <br /> following meanings given to them: <br /> "City" means the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota, located in <br /> Hennepin and Ramsey Counties. <br /> ".HRA" means the St. Anthony Housing and Redevelopment <br /> Authority. <br /> "Plan" means the Comprehensive Plan of the City of St. <br /> Anthony. <br /> "Project Area" means a Redevelopment Project Area proposed <br /> by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority and established <br /> by the City pursuant to the Redevelopment Act . <br /> "Redevelopment Act"' means Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.001 to <br /> 469.047. <br /> "Redevelopment Agreement" means an agreement entered into <br /> between Evergreen Associates and the St. Anthony Housing <br /> and Redevelopment Authority. - <br /> "Redevelopment Plan" means a Plan adopted by the City <br /> pursuant to the Redevelopment. Act. <br /> "TIF Act" means the Minnesota Tat; Increment Financing Act, <br /> Minnesota Statues, . Sections 469. 174 to 469. 179, as amended. <br /> "TIF District" means Tat. Increment Financing District No. <br /> Ramsey, a Soils Condition Tax Increment Financing District <br /> proposed by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority and <br /> established by the City pursuant to the TIF Act. <br /> "TIF Plan" means the Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax <br /> Increment Financing District No. ?_ Ramsey, set forth in <br /> this document, adopted by the HRA and City pursuant to the <br /> TIF Act. <br /> 4 <br />
