The pace quickens as 1990 approaches, and so do questions about events, activities, and your projects. We want to keep up with your need for information and assistance. You and your programs are the heart of Celebrate Minnesota 150 East Kellogg Blvd. 1990 and are a high priority for us. To facilitate a fast response, we have asked Jane Leonard, Assistant Director of the Office of Environmental Resource Development (ERD) of our Department of Trade and Economic St. Paul, %minnesota Development (DTED) to serve as the first point of contact for Celebrate Minnesota 1990 member communities. Our Community Development Division has added Tom Clawson to their staff to assist those communities who have received Celebrate Minnesota 1990 grants.
