PUBLIC FORUM <br /> There was no. one asking to be recognized. <br /> V. CABLE TV NORTH CENTRAL REPORT <br /> Andrew Richards reported that the fall. series of classes began the last <br /> week of September. A series of introduction to public access, studio <br /> portable and editing are also offered. There were 23 van shoots last <br /> month comprising mainly of high school sports which is their specialty. <br /> He stated that the greatest program highlight of the month was <br /> Arden Fulls• Falcon Heights• Lauderdale • Little Canada • Mounds View • New Brighton • North Oaks • Roseville • St.Anthony • Shoreview <br />
