2 <br /> being built for handicapped persons and therefore the federal <br /> government regulations -supercede the City Ordinance as it <br /> pertains to the number of unrelated persons living in an R1 <br /> zone. <br /> 11 . A letter has -been sent to Mike Miller from the St. Anthony <br /> Health. Center in response to his request for us to research <br /> the Center's sewer charges and yard sprinkling. He had <br /> suggested the Health Center be billed as a residential, where <br /> the sewer .rate is set by usage in the winter quarter and <br /> believed the Health Center was due a $700 refund for <br /> sprinkling in 1989. <br /> 12. . The engineer's proposals were submitted to the MPCA for <br /> repairs on Well #3 . The MPCA sent the City a letter of <br /> approval and Rieke Carroll Muller was notified to proceed with <br /> the plans and specifications. <br /> 13 . Bids were opened on November 15th for a crack filling tar <br /> bucket, crack saw and hot rod lance. <br /> 14. A letter was sent to 2929 Crestview notifying them of the <br /> violation of the City Ordinance for parking on the right-of- <br /> way and branches placed on the right-of-way. <br /> 15. A letter will be sent to Lang/Nelson regarding disconnecting <br /> the service lines which had serviced the shopping center and <br /> the Walker Methodist sewer easement. <br /> LH:cjk <br />
