• <br /> RESOLUTION 90-007 <br /> A RESOLUTION ADDING MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> AND CITY PLANNING COMMISSION TO THE LIST OF <br /> INSURED UNDER THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> WORKERS' COMPENSATION COVERAGE <br /> WHEREAS, City staff was recently notified that the City <br /> Councilmembers and the City Planning Commission Members <br /> were not previously covered under the City's Workers' <br /> Compensation insurance; and <br /> WHEREAS, it has been recommended by Corporate Resources Insurance <br /> Agency that the City add said Council and Commission <br /> Members to said insurance. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Members of the St. Anthony <br /> City Council and Planning Commission are hereby added to <br /> the list of insured under the Workers' Compensation <br /> Insurance of .the City of St. Anthony. <br /> • <br /> Adopted this day of 1990. <br /> Mayor Pro Tem <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
