VanderHeyden responded that this firm had always provided <br /> 10 the information being required by this ordinance. <br /> 11 <br /> 12 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 13 <br /> 14 C. Multiple Dwelling License (renewal ) <br /> 15 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the multiple dwelling <br /> 16 license being requested for an apartment building located at 3701 <br /> 17 Chandler Drive and owned by Judith and Michael Miller. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 20 <br /> 21 D. CLAIMS <br /> 39 <br /> 40 A. GAB Business Services <br /> 41 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve payment in the amount of <br /> 42 $3,757.64 to GAB Business Services. <br /> 43 <br /> 44 This payment was to satisfy an insurance claim. The City Manager explained <br /> 45 what had transpired to initiate this insurance claim. He noted that a <br /> 46 City's snow plow operator was removing snow. When he reached the inter- <br /> 47 section he signalled a right turn, but swung a wide left to make the <br /> 48 turn. A truck to his left was hit. The claim is for repair of the truck <br /> 49 and for the use of a rental vehicle. The City Manager stated that this <br /> • 50 matter did not go to court. Under the No-Fault provision of the law, the <br />
