Section 310:40 Inspections. The City Manager and the City's delegated officers <br /> inspectors are authorized to make annual inspections and inspections reasonably <br /> necessary to enforcement of the City Code at reasonable times. The licensee will be <br /> given written notice of all violations, directing compliance in 15 days, unless <br /> extended by the City Manager for good cause. <br /> Section 310:45 Revocation, Suspension, Summary Action. <br /> (a) A license may be suspended or revoked by the Council after written notice to <br /> the licensee specifying violations of this Code or state or federal laws or <br /> regulations. The notice will specify the date for a hearing before the Council <br /> at least 10 days after the notice. At the hearing, the licensee may present any <br /> evidence relevant to the violations. After the hearing, the Council may <br /> suspend or revoke the license if deemed necessary to protect the public <br /> health, safety or welfare. <br /> (b) If the violation constitutes a fire or health hazard or unsafe condition, the <br /> City.Manager may summarily close all or a portion of the apartment building. <br /> The licensee.may appeal to the Council and the City Manager will schedule a <br /> hearing before the Council and notify the licensee of the date. The City <br /> Manager's action will stand until the hearing and further action by the <br /> Council. <br /> Section 310:50 Applicable Laws. Licenses will be subject to all applicable provisions <br /> of the City Code and state and federal laws and regulations. This Section 310:00 will <br /> not be deemed to supersede or.limit any other applicable law, ordinance, or <br /> regulation. <br /> -3- <br />
