The early settlement <br /> deadline is June 15, 1993. No extensions can be granted. Original <br /> signature pages and settlement checks must be in our hands on or <br /> before 5:00 p.m. CDT on June 15, - 1993. Checks shall be made <br /> payable to "Opperman Heins & Paquin - Oak Grove Litigation <br /> Counsel. 11 Parties who intend to settle should do so as soon as <br /> possible since we will be very busy in the few days leading up to <br /> June 15. I have spoken to representatives of the media, <br /> politicians and many parties who have received letters (not to <br /> mention lawyers representing parties) , and much of the information <br /> being conveyed in this matter is inaccurate and, in many cases, <br /> misleading or incomplete.
