APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 13, 1994 H.R.A. AGENDA. <br /> 11 Motion by Marks, second by Fleming to approve the September 13, 1994 H.R.A. Agenda, as <br /> 12 presented. <br /> 13 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 14 IV. APPROVAL OF JULY 26, 1994 H.R.A. MINUTES. <br /> 15 Motion by Wagner, second by Marks to approve the July 26, 1994 H.R.A. minutes, as presented. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 17 V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br /> 18 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following claims: <br /> 19 A. Dorsey& Whitney in the amount of$215.00 for legal services rendered through July 31, <br /> 20 1994. <br /> 21 B. Dorsey& Whitney in the amount of$815.00 for legal services rendered regarding <br /> 22 Apache Plaza TIF Project through July 31, 1994. <br /> 23 C. Dorsey& Whitney_in the amount of$704.95 for legal services rendered regarding <br /> 24 Apache Plaza TIF Project through June 30, 1994. <br /> 25 D. American Bank in the amount of$253.50 for G.O. Tax Increment Ref. Bonds from <br /> 26 December 29, 1993 through August 24, 1994. <br /> 27 E. American Bank in the amount of$178.50 for G.O.
