DISCUSSION OF THE PURCHASE OF 3111 SILVER LAKE ROAD. <br /> 2 Executive Director Mornson stated that the Planning Commission will be discussing this <br /> 3 purchase at their next meeting, September 20. He added that the Council has scheduled the <br /> 4 Redevelopment Plan public hearing on October 11, 1994. <br /> 5 It was noted that variances will be needed. Wagner requested that a survey be conducted to <br /> 6 assure that variances will not change from what is existing. Executive Director Morrison <br /> 7 reported that the property owner is in the process of obtaining a survey which will also be a <br /> 8 requirement of the.Purchase Agreement. <br /> 9 XI.
