ANTHONY <br /> a: <br /> RESOLUTION 94-055 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING MUNICIPAL STATE AID FUNDS <br /> WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary for the City of St. Anthony to <br /> participate in the cost of a construction project located on C.S.A.H. No. 44 within <br /> the limits of said municipality; and <br /> WHEREAS, said construction project has been approved by the Commissioner of Transportation <br /> and identified in his records as S.P. No. 62-644-13. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony does <br /> hereby appropriate from the City's Municipal State Aid Street Funds the sum of$85,000 to apply <br /> toward the construction of said project and request the Commissioner of Transportation to approve <br /> this authorization. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1994. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> CERTIFICATION <br /> I, Connie J.
