Upon completion of both projects the traffic <br /> signals will be interconnected and coordinated along Silver <br /> Lake Road from 37th Avenue to Palmer Drive. <br /> The traffic signal at Silver Lake Road and 37th Avenue <br /> (County Road D) is proposed . to be modified to include split <br /> phasing on 37th Avenue. The estimated cost of this <br /> modification is $9, 500. 00. The City of Saint Anthony's share <br /> is 25% of the cost based on entering legs as per the Ramsey <br /> County Cost Participation Policy. <br /> The traffic signal at 39th Avenue is proposed to be <br /> reconstructed. The existing equipment is in need of <br /> replacement. . The new traffic signal will include <br /> protected/permissive left turn operation for the north/south <br /> left turns. The estimated cost of this reconstruction is <br /> $79,200.00. The City of Saint Anthony's share is 50% of the <br /> cost based on entering legs as per the Ramsey County Cost <br /> Participation Policy. The interconnect costs will be paid for <br /> 100% by Ramsey County. <br /> The proposed costs will be eligible for State-Aid funding. If <br /> Saint Anthony wishes to use MSA funds on 37th Avenue we will <br /> add the appropriate number to the plans. <br /> • <br /> Minnesota's First Home Rule County <br /> printed on recycled paper with a minimum of 10%post-consumer content <br />
