CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 95-019 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING PAY EQUITY <br /> IMPLEMENTATION REPORT <br /> WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 471.9981 requires each political subdivision to submit to the <br /> Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Employee Relations (DOER) a pay <br /> equity implementation report by January 31, 1995, that includes certain <br /> information as of December 31, 1994; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has completed the pay equity implementation forms as <br /> provided by DOER based on information as of December 31, 1994. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that <br /> the pay equity implementation report is hereby approved. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the report authorizing <br /> approval of it by the City Council. <br /> • Adopted this day of , 1995. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
