We would like to have the city adopt a policy of water treatment to deal with small parcels • <br /> that do not fall under RCWD policies such as trapping of floatables on site before they <br /> reach the storm sewer system. <br /> 4. We would like the city to adopt a policy whereby final use and occupancy permits would <br /> not be issued until all RCWD requirements are met. Temporary permits could be used <br /> until all work has been completed, satisfying all RCWD drainage requirements. <br /> 5. Appoint a Citizen Advisory group that would advocate water quality improvements for <br /> Silver Lake. Explore capital improvements. <br /> 6. That the city notify the Silver Lake Homeowners Association of all development <br /> proposals affecting Silver Lake and its drainage area at the earliest possible <br /> opportunity. <br /> These questions are very important to us and the community and we look forward to your <br /> response.
