Purchase 2705 Pahl Avenue <br /> This option considers the purchase of 2705 Pahl Avenue through negotiation with the <br /> homeowner. This option may also require that the garage at 2709 be flood proofed or <br /> relocated. Implementation of this option would have the following impacts or issues to <br /> resolve: <br /> 1. Provides 100-year flood protection to residents. <br /> 2. Affects two property owners <br /> 3. Dislocates a resident from the City. <br /> 4. Resident is not necessarily a willing seller. <br /> Estimated Cost: $210,000 <br /> VIII. Do Not Purchase 2709 Pahl Avenue <br /> The City of St. Anthony could decide not to purchase 2709 Pahl Avenue. This would <br /> allow the residents in this vicinity to be eligible for the City's flood proofing grant <br /> program. The implementation of this option would have the following impacts: <br /> 1. 100-year flood protection may not be provided to residents. <br /> 2. Street flooding would occur more often. <br /> 3.
