RESOLUTION 99-004 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REDEVELOPMENT <br /> CONTRACT WITH REPUBLIC INVESTMENT COMPANY <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Housing and-Redevelopment Authority (HRA) desires to <br /> redevelop an area within the City of St. Anthony known as the Kenzie Terrace <br /> Redevelopment area. <br /> WHEREAS, a Redevelopment Plan for said redevelopment area was developed and <br /> approved. <br /> WHEREAS, to achieve the objectives of the Redevelopment Plan, the HRA desires to acquire <br /> from Republic Investment Company certain real property located in the Project <br /> • Area. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the St..Anthony Housing and Redevelopment <br /> Authority hereby approves the Redevelopment Contract with Republic Investment Company <br /> and authorizes the Chairman and Executive Director to execute said Contract on behalf of the <br /> St. Anthony H.R.A. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1999. <br /> Chair <br /> Executive Director <br />
