RESOLUTION 99-005 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REDEVELOPMENT <br /> CONTRACT WITH HITCHING POST REAL-ESTATE, L.L.C. <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) desires to <br /> redevelop an area within the City of St. Anthony known as the Kenzie Terrace <br /> Redevelopment area. <br /> WHEREAS, a Redevelopment Plan was developed and approved by the H.R.A. and the St. <br /> Anthony City Council. <br /> WHEREAS, to achieve the objectives of the Redevelopment Plan, the HRA desires to acquire <br /> from Hitching Post Real Estate, L.L.C., certain real property located in the <br /> Project Area. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the St. Anthony Housing and Redevelopment <br /> Authority hereby approves the Redevelopment Contract with Hitching Post Real Estate, <br /> L.L.C., and authorizes the Chairman and Executive Director to execute said Contract on <br /> behalf of the St. Anthony H.R.A. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1999. <br /> Chair <br /> Executive Director <br /> • <br />
