Page 2 <br /> • <br /> Article XXX - P.O.S.T. Board Requirements. Added: City will <br /> contribute 100% of cost of any necessary license fee and application for <br /> such license under the P.O.S.T. <br /> Article XXIII - Clothing Allowance. Amended: Uniform allowance shall <br /> be $500.00 per year for each officer to be paid to the officer as a <br /> reimbursement for uniform expenses. Protective clothing, i.e., bullet- <br /> proof vests, etc. will be provided by the employer, per Federal and State <br /> regulations. The employer will supply at no cost to the employees all <br /> required uniform items and reasonable replacements upon initial hire. <br /> New hires will not qualify for uniform allowance until they complete one <br /> year of service. <br /> Public Works: Article X - Overtime. Added: No compensatory leave time will be <br /> granted to probationary employees unless approved by Department Head <br /> for emergency purposes. <br /> Article XI - Call Back/Stand-By Duty. Added: Weekday Pump Duty. Any <br /> employee on pump duty will be available for call out during the week, in <br /> addition to weekends. Pump duty will begin at 3:30 PM Wednesdays and <br /> continue to the following Wednesday at 7:00 AM. The employee • <br /> responsible for call back during this period would be the employee <br /> scheduled on the pump duty roster. An additional three hours of overtime <br /> wages (3 hours/week at 1-1/2 times the employee's normal rate of pay) <br /> will be paid to the pump duty employee for carrying the pager during the <br /> week. <br /> Article XXII - Funeral Leave. Amended: In the event of the death of an <br /> employee's spouse, children, stepchildren, parents, brother, or sister, or <br /> employee's spouse's parents, the employee will be granted three days of <br /> funeral leave with pay. In the event of the death of an employee's <br /> grandparent or grandchild or spouse's grandparent, or spouse's <br /> grandchild, brother or sister, an employee will be granted one day funeral <br /> leave with pay. <br /> Article XXVII - Wages. Amended: Payday changed from Wednesday to <br /> Friday. <br /> Appendix A - Wages. C. Working out of Classification. Added to <br /> Maintenance III list: <br /> 4. Pool Operator <br /> 8.
