Outlined below please find a list of the projects, as well as the current status of each: • I. Silver Point Park The Parks Commission is scheduled to inspect Silver Point Park on Monday, April 10, 2000. At this meeting, the Parks Commission is anticipated to discuss the following items: • Need for restrooms and warming house facilities and their location. • Park lighting for the parking lot, hockey rink, recreational rink, and security lighting. • Punch list items remaining to be completed by the contractor. II. Removal of Homes on Pahl Avenue Preliminary specifications for the sale of the houses on Pahl Avenue have been prepared and reviewed by the City Attorney. The project is anticipated to be bid as follows: • A bid package will be prepared to offer the homes for sale and removal from the Village. • Plans and specifications will be prepared for home demolition and/or foundation removal for each of the homes on Pahl Avenue. •.
