Bids will be received at the end of May/first part of June, and work will begin shortly thereafter. This project is anticipated to be completed no later than the fall of 2000. III. Harding Street Sanitary Sewer Lift Station We have completed our discussions with the City of Minneapolis and have received preliminary approval to divert the Harding Street sanitary sewer lift station into the City of Minneapolis in the vicinity of 37'Avenue and Stinson Boulevard. A letter discussing the options for the rehabilitation of the Harding Street lift station, as well as reconstruction of the forcemain into the City of Minneapolis, is currently being prepared and anticipated to be presented to the Council at either the last meeting in April or the first meeting in May. IV. Harding Street Storm Water Pond A neighborhood meeting was held on February 29, 2000,to receive input on a number of alternatives which.were prepared and presented to the residents. At this meeting, there was general consensus to take one of the four options to preliminary design. It is anticipated that a second public information meeting will be held at the end of April or the first week of May to discuss in greater detail the issues surrounding the preliminary plan and its presentation to the City Council. We anticipate the preliminary plan being presented to the City Council in May of 2000.
