Based on our review of the above documents and our previous correspondence dated <br /> December 7, 2000, the following comments are made: <br /> 4 The currently-proposed development plan has addressed the concerns associated with <br /> entrance conditions into and out of the proposed site. <br /> • The currently-proposed pond provides adequate dead pool storage to meet NURP <br /> Y°� y treatment recommendations.
