This will involve: <br /> 1. adding more equipment as the membership base grows. <br /> 2. rotating equipment that may prove to be underutilized. <br /> 3. expanding areas of the gym if demand proves a need (exercise area, child care,juice <br /> bar. .). <br /> This may potentially involve: <br /> 1. expanding into an adjoining building. <br /> 2. setting a cap on the membershipM <br /> 4.0 Market Analysis Summary <br /> The area surrounding this facility is increasingly younger singles, couples,-and couples with <br /> children. There is a stronghold of seniors in the area that have been very happy with the <br /> community and desire to stay even when moving out of their single family homes. Many of <br /> these seniors have re-located to a new home in the community that is more suited size-wise or <br /> maintenance-wise such as condos, townhomes, senior living communities and apartments. <br /> A survey was performed recently confirming: <br /> 1. there is a great number of neighboring residents that would appreciate having a fitness <br /> facility in such a convenient location(they feel they must travel a great distance now). <br /> 2. people would opt for this facility even if they belong to Northwest or Lifetime...\ <br /> 3. . the 50+crowd appear to have a great deal of potential. The calls it took to get 200 <br /> complete surveys of people in the age range of 18-49 uncovered 153 people that were <br /> working out at least once a week. <br /> 4. 1/4 of the potential members would like to see child care available. <br /> • <br /> Page 3 <br />
