Services include issuing of addenda during bidding period, assistance with <br /> contractor evaluation, assistance with bid negotiation, and assistance with Owner-Contractor <br /> agreement. <br /> Pre-Construction Phase: Services include conducting a pre-construction conference with the <br /> selected contractor and Owner's representative. <br /> The total cost for performing the design services listed above shall be performed for a fee <br /> not to exceed$5,000.00. <br /> Construction Phase: Our inspection, project management, and construction administration <br /> services will include the following: <br /> Field Inspection: Performing periodic field inspection (estimated time of 10 hours per <br /> week)including verification of materials used and workmanship evaluation. <br /> Review pay requests <br /> Perform miscellaneous construction administration <br /> Project Close-Out: Performing final inspection, review of warranty information, and <br /> project closeout. <br /> The estimated fee to perform the inspection and construction administration and project <br /> management services shall be based on a time and material basis. The estimated fee is <br /> $2,200.00 per week of construction.
