Donald Hickerson - 2 - March 3, 1983 <br /> An outstanding job was turned in by Officer Johnston on 2-23-83, <br /> 0157 hours. - He made an officer initiated arrest -of a burglary <br /> suspect (in progress at the Fun Center) . That arrest led to the <br /> recovery of property taken in a business burglary 2-18-83 at <br /> Chicks Billards. I highly commend his performance in this case. <br /> On February 11 , 1983, Officers Ferguson, Schwalbach, Luther and <br /> Sgt. Protelsch were involved in a Buy Bust (Sting) with BCA <br /> Narcotic Agents, resulting in the arrest of two residents from <br /> our City and one from Roseville. Two (2) ounces of 75% pure <br /> cocaine was recovered and removed from the street traffic and <br /> junkies it was intended for. <br /> We had one substantial residence burglary in which a new Cadil- <br /> lac was stolen on February 25 , 1983. Residents are on vacation <br /> until March 5, 1983. Some property was recovered in Minnetonka <br /> and the stolen vehicle -was used in at least two (2) of Minne- <br /> tonka burglaries.. The vehicle was recovered February 27, 1983, <br /> at 28th and University Avenue NE, minus tires and wheels. <br /> The Varda Unit was set up on February 25 , 1983, at a residence <br /> where the home owner will be out of town until March 7, 1983. <br /> RE:cz <br /> • <br />
