STAFF REPORT <br /> DATE: June 20, 1995 <br /> TO: Planning Commission <br /> FROM: Kim Moore-Sykes, Management Assistant <br /> ITEM: Concept Review of City Hall/Community Center <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> The City has received the latest building plans for the City Hall/Community Center from <br /> the architects. They were presented to the City Council by Jim O'Brien and Liz <br /> Hermann at the June 6, 1995 worksession. The City Council has referred these plans to <br /> the Planning Commission for a concept review. <br /> Also attached to the packet is a schedule for construction showing two scheduling options. <br /> Schedule 1 has been selected as it takes advantage of the current low interest rates and the <br /> continued ability to use funds made available by TIF. <br />
