Subd. 2. Water Heaters: <br /> (a) Burned out or rusted heat exchangers; <br /> (b) Burned out, rusted or plugged flues; <br /> (c) No vents; <br /> (d) Connection with unsafe gas supplies; or <br /> (e) Lack of temperature and pressure relief valves. <br /> Subd. 3. Electrical Systems: <br /> (a) Overloading circuits or outlets; <br /> (b) Damaged or deteriorated electrical equipment; <br /> (c) Improperly tapped or spliced wiring; <br /> (d) Exposed uninsulated wires; <br /> (e) Temporary distribution systems; or <br /> (f) Ungrounded systems. <br /> Subd. 4. Plumbing Systems. <br /> (a) Leaking waste systems, fixtures or traps; <br /> (b) Lack of an operating toilet; <br /> (c) Lack of washing and bathing facilities; <br /> (d) Cross connection of municipal water supply with fixtures or <br /> sewage lines; or <br /> (e) Sump pump or other passive storm water drainage systems <br /> emptying into the inside sanitary sewer system. <br /> Subd. 5. Structural Systems. <br /> (a) Walls, chimneys, ceilings, roofs, foundations, floor systems, or <br /> decks which are determined to be inadequate of carrying imposed <br /> loads. <br />
