the Applicant to proceed through a public hearing process for the development of the <br /> New Market Property, the Applicant requests that the PUD Agreement allow the <br /> Applicant to make assumptions regarding redevelopment of the New Market Property. <br /> The Applicant specifically requests that the PUD Agreement: (i) allow the Applicant to <br /> utilize the New Market Property for parking to serve Apache Plaza Property (without <br /> proceeding through a public hearing process); and (ii) that general parameters of the size, <br /> height, parking ratios and other general performance standards on the New Market <br /> Property be set in the PUD Agreement. <br /> C. Taco Bell Property <br /> Lot 6, Block 1, Apache Plaza 5th Addition contains the current Taco Bell restaurant <br /> ("Taco Bell Property"). The Applicant has no plans for a change in the use, although the <br /> tenant may change. The Taco Bell Property may retain some form of retail use, or may <br /> become office/service.
