Residential development of the New Market Property is <br /> not the intention of the Applicant. The Site Plan (Exhibit A) identifies the size of the <br /> proposed building and general landscaping. The size and location of the building may <br /> change, depending on the tenant. The Building Concept (Exhibit P) identifies with some <br /> detail the elevation of the proposed building and a building materials schedule. <br /> Until tenants are identified for Apache Plaza and acceptable occupancy goals are <br /> achieved, the Applicant will not turn its full efforts to the New Market Property. The <br /> New Market Property, however, is vital to the redevelopment of the Apache Plaza <br /> Property and the economics of the Applicant's purchase of the entire property from Ste. <br /> Marie Company.
