CONDITIONAL USE SECTIONS <br /> A. If any provision of this Ordinance or the Application of any provision of this Ordinance to any person is,to any <br /> extent,held invalid or unenforceable by a tribunal of competent jurisdiction,the remainder of this Ordinance and the <br /> application of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected by such holding. In case of such <br /> an event,this Ordinance and all if its remaining provisions shall,in all other respects,continue to be effective. In the <br /> event the law invalidating such and Ordinance provision is subsequently repealed,rescinded,amended or is otherwise <br /> changed so that the provision which had previously been held invalid or unenforceable, no longer conflicts with the <br /> laws,rules or regulations then in effect, the previously invalid or unenforceable provision shall return to full force and <br /> effect. <br /> SECTION X11. CONDITIONAL USE SECTIONS <br /> A. The existing Code Sections 153.019B, 153.02 113, 153.022B, 153.02313, 153.024B, 153.02513, 153.02613, 153.02713, <br /> 153.02813, 153.029B, 153.03013, 153.031B, 153.03213, 153.033B shall be amended to include"wireless - <br /> communications facilities"as conditional uses in all applicable Districts. <br /> SECTION XIV. REPEALER <br /> A. Sections 153.06 A through C shall be repealed by this ordinance. Any additional ordinances or parts thereof in <br /> conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict <br /> • SECTION XV. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> A.
