The service runs from 5 a.m. to 7 ■ <br /> p.m. with half hourly/hourly service dur- <br /> ing the off-peak hours and 6 to 15 minute ■ <br /> rush hour service. <br /> Route 801 runs from Roseville to Brooklyn Center, passing the site along 3711 Ave. NE and entering the ■ <br /> mall site via Stinson Blvd.The service runs from 5 a.m.to 9 p.m. with hourly service during both peak and <br /> off peak hours. ■ <br /> Pedestrian and Bicycle Circulation ■ <br /> Sidewalks are discontinuous around and within the study area. They currently run on both sides of Silver ■ <br /> Lake Road along the entire study area, but only partially along Stinson on the east side from 371h Ave. to <br /> 3911 Ave. No sidewalks exist along County Road E to the north of the Salvation Army site or along Silver ■ <br /> Lane through the site. The only visible sidewalk within the Apache portion of the site is along 3911 Ave. <br /> from Stinson to Apache Lane near the Mall. Very limited designated bicycle circulation is located near ■ <br /> the site.
