A fourth primary participant in the Kenzie Terrace Project would be Alan <br /> Brixius. Mr. Brixius is a Northwest staff member with three years of <br /> professional work. Mr. Brixius would serve as Mr. Wilson's primary assistant <br /> on the project. <br /> It is anticipated that the four individuals identified above would be the <br /> primary Northwest personnel members involved on a constant basis in the <br /> Kenzie Terrace Program. Other specialized Northwest staff people are, <br /> however, available to participate in the Program, should it be necessary. <br /> Landscape Architects and Site Planning Specialists are, for example, avail- <br /> able to plan, critique, program, supervise and inspect major and minor <br /> building and improvement projects which may be undertaken and pursued <br /> within the revitalization area. The combination of these individuals is <br /> seen as providing the City of St. Anthony with a qualified team of specialists <br /> which is necessary for a comprehensive implementation and administrative <br /> effort. <br /> Resumes of the key Northwest personnel to be assigned to the Kenzie Terrace <br /> Program are contained on the following pages. <br /> • <br /> 17 <br />
