The City received 98% out of a possible <br /> 100%. It is well known that no City receives 100% from the State. The recommended <br /> corrections on the report are almost standard in every report we have had in the <br /> past. <br /> The Water and Sewer men have to be commended in mai.ntaining the system to this high <br /> degree.
