RESOLUTION 83-005 <br /> A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MARCH 15 , 1983. <br /> AS CUT-OFF DATE FOR RECEIVING PETITIONS <br /> FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has considered <br /> its construction program, and <br /> WHEREAS , the Council deems it necessary to establish a time limit <br /> on the requests for public improvements so as to insure adequate <br /> time to comply with the improvement procedures as established in the <br /> Minnesota State Statutes . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br /> St. Anthony hereby establishes March 15th as the final day for accept- <br /> ing petitions for public improvements to be included in the 1983 <br /> construction program. <br /> Adopted this day of 1983 . <br /> • <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
