RESOLUTION 83-006 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND <br /> CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT <br /> BEnIEEN THE MIN14ESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br /> AGENCY AND THE . CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to. Section 161. 36 , Subdivision 1 <br /> through 6 , Minnesota Statutes , the Commissioner of Transportation <br /> be appointed as agent of the City of St. Anthony to let as its <br /> agent, contracts for the construction of local streets and bridges , <br /> and the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed <br /> for and on behalf of the City Council to execute and enter into a <br /> contract with the Commissioner of Transportation prescribing the <br /> terms and conditions of such contracts in the form as set forth <br /> and contained in "Minnesota Department of Transportation Agency <br /> Agreement" a copy of which said agreement was before the Council , <br /> assuming on behalf of the City all of the obligations therein <br /> contained. <br /> Adopted this day of 1983 . <br /> • <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> CERTIFICATION <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and correct <br /> copy of a resolution presented to and adopted by the City -Council .of <br /> the City of St. Anthony , Minnesota on the - day of , <br /> 1983 , as disclosed. by the records of said (H tT y Council in my possession. <br /> SEAL City Clerk <br />
