Childs, City Manager <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> SUMMARY DISCUSSION OF SUBJECT: Arkell Development is reques-ting approval of <br /> amendment to the Detailed P.U. D. Plan to- allow two stories of parking , 11 stories <br /> of which will be above ground. The resulting building will be 49 feet to the eaves <br /> and 64 feet to the roof peak. The four adjacent property owners to the north have <br /> been notified in writing and no major objections were received. As stated in the <br /> Planning Commission minutes , it is recommended that approval of the modification be <br /> given. A shading diagram will be available at the meeting to show the impact of <br /> the additional height. In addition, in order to avoid a possible land acquisition <br /> problem, staff recommends that the site area be reduced to delete the area presently <br /> encroached by the trailor park.
