Childs , City Manager <br /> ------------------,-------------------------------------------------------- <br /> SUMMARY DISCUSSION OF SUBJECT: The attached information is for your review <br /> and comment. As you will note, the $6,900 contribution from St. Anthony to the <br /> Commission is due on or before 1/15/84. Because it will be reimbursed from franchise <br /> fees in 1984, it 'need not be budgeted. The $1 ,725 due on or before October 15th <br /> 'should be approved by motion and .paid from the Council Contingency fund. <br /> • .FISCAL IMPACT: <br /> ALTERNATIVES : If we don' t pay the fees, we can withdraw f rom the Commission and <br /> administer the franchise ourselves. Although $6,900 seems like a lot, I 'm not <br /> sure I want the grief right now of administering the cable franchise.
