Group W in its proposal to the North Suburbs has estimated <br /> an annual franchise fee payable to the North Suburban Cable Commission <br /> by Year 3 of $3939000.00 per year, Year 5 $5149000.00 per year and Year.' <br /> 10 $827,000.00 per year. Therefore, the proposed budget of the Cable <br /> C',amaanications Camnission, if it remains the same by Year :3, would <br /> still leave approximately $300,000.00 per year to be divided wrong the <br /> member cities to-be utilized for-cable related purposes. As soon �as . <br /> you have reviewed the budget and made your contribution to the North <br /> Suburban Cable C mwnications Cmmission II, the Cmmission will submit <br /> to Group W on your behalf a request for payment of the fee to the-city. <br /> Experience has shown such payment to take fran four to six weeks fran <br /> Group W in 'New, York.
