Sundland -agreed if the costs could be gotten down to reasonable levels this would be good vehicle to use to contact the residents between water billing mailings ; -suggested the Chamber of Commerce might be interested in being associated with this project. 'Ranallo -said he was very interested in the City getting a better method of communicating with its residents because "we sure aren' t getting it now" ; -perceived a great number of residents are looking to the water bill -enclosure for news of what ' s happening in the City. .
